Workshop on Personal Computers based Networks Of Workstations

Six submitted papers have been accepted for presentation at the workshop
and inclusion in the proceedings published by Springer-Verlag as well as
the IPPS/SPDP'99 CD-ROM.
Accepted papers have been organized in three sessions.
In addition to contributed papers two invited talks will be presented by
Mark Baker (DCS, U. of Portsmouth, Hants, UK)
on the organization of a new IEEE Task Force
on Cluster Computing
and
Giuseppe Ciaccio (DISI, U. of Genoa, Italy)
on efficient porting of MPI over Fast Ethernet clusters.
