Paola Magillo received an advanced degree in Computer Science
at the University of Genova, Genova (Italy), in 1992,
and a PhD in Computer Science, at the same university, in 1999.
In 1993, she was research associate at the "Institut National
de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique" (INRIA), Sophia
Antipolis (France), working with the research group of J. D. Boissonnat.
During 1994, she worked as a research associate at the Department of
Computer and Information Sciences (DISI) of the University of
Genova, with a scholarship of the National Research Council of Italy.
In 1996, she became a researcher, and, since 2004, she is
an associate professor at the Department of
Computer and Information Sciences (DISI) of the University of
Genova.
He is now an associate professor at the Dipartimento di Informatica,
Bioingegneria, Robotica e Ingegneria dei Sistemi (DIBRIS) of the University
of Genova.
Her research interests include computational geometry, geometric
modeling, geographic information systems and computer graphics.
