PSYCHO: a Prototype System for Pattern Management

  • Underlying Technologies
    • Oracle 10g and Oracle Data Mining : the object relational model of Oracle is used to store the Pattern Base and the Data Source, as well as to implement all PML and PQL interfaces, realized as PL/SQL functions and procedures. Oracle Data Mining has been used to implement specific mining functions.
    • JDK 1.4-1.5: used to implement the PBMS Engine. We also used the Jasper package for interacting with SICStus Prolog environment.
    • SICStus Prolog 3.11.2: used for formula management
